Equipped with banners, pens, mugs, TVs, bottle-openers, and some of our smiliest staff, we headed off to various cities and set out our stall amongst the bustling crowds of students hoping to catch the eye of any budding engineers. Our aim was to give them an insight into the potential opportunities that a career working at Labman can offer and it was great to see so many interested and enthusiastic students visiting our stand.

Labman Automation is a great company to work for, better still they’re based in rural North Yorkshire. Every day, I work as part of a young, dynamic team designing bespoke robots using transferable skills I learnt whilst at Harper Adams University. In a rapidly developing industry there are many opportunities here to develop as a mechanical, electronics, software engineer or combination of all three. I enjoy using the on-site squash court and climbing wall during the day too!
