Enabling your workflow

Bring the precision, speed and safety of automated ipsc workflows to your laboratory.
iPSC expansion Many iPSC workflows begin with adherent cultures on coated plates (e.g., Matrigel, vitronectin). While standard in research, these systems are labour-intensive and hard to scale. We integrate automation tools for liquid handling, cell imaging, and passaging, enabling scalable iPSC expansion with minimal manual input.
Cell suspensionPreparing uniform single-cell suspensions enables scalable iPSC expansion via aggregates or embryoid bodies in non-adherent conditions. Ideal for cell therapy pipelines and disease modelling, these systems benefit from automation to minimise shear stress, standardise timings and ensures gentle detachment. We can integrate orbital shakers, temperature controlled media dispensers and agitation.
Bioreactor-based scalable iPSC expansionScalable bioreactor platforms are critical for high-volume iPSC cell expansion. We integrate with systems including Sartorius Ambr®, Thermo Fisher HyPerforma™, Eppendorf BioBLU®, and PBS Biotech® single-use bioreactors. Whether fed-batch, perfusion, or wave systems, we automate control of pH, DO, feeding, sub-sampling and harvesting.
Closed-system, GMP-ready expansionFor clinical-grade induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), closed-system expansion ensures sterility and compliance. We configure systems for GMP manufacturing, including tubing-based bioprocessing, closed media handling, and 21 CFR Part 11-compliant tracking, ready for integration into cleanroom and isolator environments.
High-throughput automation for iPSC banks & discoveryPharma and biotech rely on high-throughput iPSC expansion for screening and personalised medicine. We integrate robotic platforms with liquid handlers, automated incubators, and digital tracking - ideal for iPSC banking, assay prep, and multi-line expansion at scale.
