Overview
Syringes are picked from a temperature-controlled rack, barcode read and placed onto the syringe dispenser. The contents of the syringes are dispensed into a custom 3-channel mould.
Moulds are heated up to 250°C to start the curing process, thermal images and videos are taken as the formulation cures. Once complete, the mould is placed back to the rack.
